Your privacy is critically important to us. At salyuda, Inc. (“salyuda”) we have a few fundamental principles:
We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.

salyuda Inc. operates salyuda.com. It is salyuda’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, Inc. who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Like most website operators, Salyuda collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. salyuda’s purpose in collecting non-personally-identifying information is to better understand how salyuda’s visitors use its website. From time to time, salyuda may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
salyuda also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users submitting content to salyuda.com. salyuda only discloses the IP addresses of logged in users and user submitting content under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to salyuda services choose to interact with salyuda in ways that require salyuda to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that salyuda gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at salyuda.com to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with salyuda – by purchasing a product or service listed on salyuda.com, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, salyuda collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with salyuda. salyuda does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And users can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain activities related to the full use of salyuda services.
salyuda may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, salyuda may track your navigation through salyuda.com. salyuda may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, salyuda does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
salyuda discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, and providers listed on salyuda.com that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on salyuda’s behalf or to provide services available at salyuda’s services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using salyuda services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. salyuda will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. These third parties have limited access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to salyuda not to disclose or use your information for other purposes. Other than to its employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, and providers listed on salyuda.com as described above, salyuda discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when salyuda believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of salyuda, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of a salyuda website and have supplied your email address and opted-in to email marketing, salyuda may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with salyuda and our services or products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Salyuda takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
As effective as our safeguards may be, no security system is completely impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor can we guarantee that the personally-identifying information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
